The little guy and I were able to go on a cycling adventure this afternoon because it was only 79° with a high temperature of 80° for the day. It's usually triple digits around here in June.
I worked around the house for several hours this morning and it scored me 9000 steps.
After the bike ride I was sitting at 15,000 steps, and I did a walk around the park to get my step count above 20k.
Earlier in the afternoon, I sold a set of 45 pound cast iron plates on offerup, and I carried the plates through the yards and house and I did a short workout with the plates before loading them up in the van.
I've been doing well with a basic diet of beef, chicken thighs or lamb with fresh fruit for years, and I rarely eat over 1000 calories a day. It seems like the discipline has paid off with some quality energy and motivation.
