I walked a few times today but spent most of the day indoors. I did 2 sets of body squats and two long sets of push-ups.

Cooking eggs is something that I enjoy doing and I usually share the bowl of eggs with my boys. I cooked eggs early this afternoon and cooked 5 eggs this evening.
Coffee and eggs are two things I do well in the kitchen.
