I should try for more steps but I'm exhausted and stressed.

My stepdad had a biopsy procedure this afternoon and my mom called me to help get him into the house. I rushed over on a bicycle and picked him up and helped my mom put him in his recliner.

I went back to mow and trim their yards and to check up on both my mom and stepdad.

He was completely out of it.

The positive of today is the little guy saying Hi and attempting to say @actifit for the first time on a bicycle ride.

@theharvey, the baby and I rode the usual route before dark, and I pushed at 90% the whole way.

We ran a red light but I had no other option, because of my speed.
