Yesterday I cut down a very long and very heavy dumbbell rack, and today I cut down some thinner angle iron and 1" round to 44" to make a much lighter and shorter rack. No welding necessary to

So I worked in the backyard for several hours today and I cut down two heavy duty pieces of gym equipment. This dumbbell rack was just too big and heavy. I purchased it back in the 90s and never used it.

So I worked around the house all day. Nothing exciting to report. I listened to a lot of podcasts today during house cleaning and chores. I did fix one bicycle flat. Bitcoin and most coins have fallen

I started my @actifit day with a walk through the Sunday swap meet and I walked up on this Rat Rod Electra bicycle. On the other side of the swap meet a similar bicycle had an asking price 3x what I purchased

I actually feel much better this evening, but this morning and last night felt like walking dead. @luvbnamome made spaghetti and meatballs and I had a bowl of meatballs with sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Last night I wanted to try for 50,000 @actifit steps for today's report card. I started off strong with 6000 @actifit steps scored after midnight. The whole house is sick and now I'm sick, but I was still

So all of today's @actifit steps were scored in the house. I walked around the house all day to keep the step count up. Two of the boys are sick and I was slightly under the weather today, but I stayed

So I had an opportunity to get a bike ride in this evening, but two bicycles needed saddles, and the most recent ride has a flat front tire. I worked the interior of the house and I did a lot of weed pulling

It rained most of the day and I walked outside a few times to take trash to the can and grab groceries from the van. I walked a few 1000 steps in the morning while making morning coffee, and I walked around

It was clear a few hours early this morning, so I immediately started weed whacking and pulling weeds in the front yard. I did two hours of labor before the rain started, and it has been raining all day.

The rain is coming in a few hours, so I walked the park this evening to gain some quality @actifit steps before all the wet. I did yard work this afternoon with a lot of cleaning in garden areas. Unusual

So the little guy and I walked to the park this afternoon and we ran around the playground for an hour. On the walk home, we watched SpaceX rocket through the California sky. @luvbnamome made heart shaped

So the family and I spent an hour at an appointment that was rescheduled from last week for @daniel-san and @theharvey. The little guy was so funny and cute. All of my steps were scored in the house. I

So I had over 10,000 @actifit steps early this afternoon from a lot of hard labor around the house. The weather was perfect for a bicycle ride, so I quality spin class was a must. The little guy and I

It had been a few years since the family and I walked through the World Ag Expo. The world ag expo is the largest annual agricultural show in the world. The little guy was overwhelmed with all the earth

I had 11,000 @actifit steps and it was raining, but I wanted a much higher step count, so I walked in the rain this evening. It started raining really hard so I finished my walking in the house. Most of

So I sold a recent marketplace bicycle purchase after a few repairs for a 200% profit. My biggest satisfaction is putting a quality used bicycle back on the road. I had to help the buyer put the bike in

I was lazy most of the day but I did a walk through the very busy Sunday swap meet. I watched most of the Super Bowl with a nap in the mix. I walked the interior of the house this evening for 10,000 steps.

Most of my steps were scored working in and around the house. I just finished walking the house to secure 10,000 steps. It's not exciting but it's enough to report a max step count. The push-ups are coming

So I shopped at Home Depot and Walmart early this morning because @luvbnamome was going out of town. I loaded and unloaded lumber and had funny encounter with a Walmart employee who had seen me and my
