So I had over 10,000 @actifit steps early this afternoon from a lot of hard labor around the house.

The weather was perfect for a bicycle ride, so I quality spin class was a must.

The little guy and I jumped on the 3 speed and did our usual route through the nearby town.

The cash only catholic worship building is showing a little design in the construction.

I feel so good after a hard ride with many short sprints.
