My only opportunity to gain quality @actifit steps was this evening.

I walked out of town to the first stoplight and turned back.

I worked in the yard and did some gardening this afternoon.

It was a beautiful day, but I guess the serious heat starts tomorrow.

Almost forgot about some light shopping on the way home this evening.
