The little guy had to help me pump gasoline in the car, and I just found out that it's against the law for a minor to fill up a car.
I did a 45 pound plate workout this afternoon and anymore than 45 pounds would be too much.
I'm trying to be super busy, but today's busy didn't include a lot of physical activity.
