I did some quality @actifit steps at the Sunday swap meet this morning.

This is an aluminum 20" folding 1 speed bicycle that I would have pedaled to the car, but the front tire is flat.

Even the pedals fold up. I was excited to pickup up this rig on the cheap. The wheel hubs are shimano and the rest of the bike is made in Japan.

I also picked up some old dumbbells and a solid steel curl bar with weights. The weight was enough to get a quality workout at the swap meet.

So since forever I have accumulated vintage weight when cheap enough and resell the unwanted for a profit.
