@theharvey and I walked 4500 steps this afternoon, and then I took an old man nap.

After my quality tap, I walked the 5000+ @actifit steps required to score a 10,000 step count.

A friend of @luvbnamome stopped me during my walk, and gave me a bar of homemade soap.
