Nearly 5K before 1:00 AM on My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2019

Today’s @actifit journey started at the end of last night’s Actifit journey.

I did a set of Seven77 push-ups in front of the medevac chopper, and then I started my walk home.

I had nearly 5K in activity before 1:00 AM this morning.

After the temperature dropped a little this evening, @luvbnamome and I did some yard work. We have a lawn man that isn’t doing his job.

After we cleaned the yard, I walked around town for 3500 steps.

The weather is awesome in the evening. I walked by a High School graduation, and stopped to listen to all the celebration.

I’m so happy that I gained over 10K for today’s @actifit Report Card.
