RE: Shameless Strava Segment Hunting
Most of the time segments are out of my reach so it's nice to find some that are in my grasp!

Thanks, it certainly gave me the motivation to get out and have an extra blast.

RE: Shameless Strava Segment Hunting
Thanks! Not the hardest segment to catch and it's fairly easy for someone to grab but that's what it's all about.

RE: Vuelta Espagne Norte: Stage 4
They're cycling for 8 consecutive days, averaging around 120km per day. Elevation each day varies between 1000m and 2000m.

RE: Vuelta Espagne Norte: Stage 2
Thanks, today has turned out to be lovely but the forecast doesn't suggest it'll continue. Oh well, it's still an adventure!

RE: Last Minute Change
Surprised I was able to get the pace I did. My glutes were so achey!

Yep, working hard to squeeze more out for longer. Trying to be less conservative!

RE: Cold weather, hot time! New PB!
Thanks, I'm happy with the time and the performance. I'm still learning the distance so hopefully more to come.

RE: Debris
I always love scouring a beach for interesting driftwood and smoothed pebbles. It's amazing what you find!

RE: The carnage after the storm #LondonMarathon
I believe they contain nitrous oxide, or laughing gas, that people use as a recreational drug. Not really congruent with watching one of the best and most inspiring marathons in the world.

RE: London Marathon bib
Certainly am! I'm due to be positioned on the inside corner of the right turn after Tower Bridge. Stay safe and enjoy it.

RE: London Marathon bib
Have a great run on Sunday. Try to adjust for the heat. And look out for a friendly marshall on the corner after Tower Bridge ;-)

RE: My 4th* London Marathon
Thanks for volunteering! It wouldn't be possible for these races to go ahead without volunteers. I found it very humbling to be part of people's day.

RE: My 4th* London Marathon
Sorry - I'll be there but not running; I'm there as part of 6000 volunteers who make sure the crowds and runners enjoy themselves but keep apart!

That's very kind thank you. I will therefore add that amount into the #RunYourMile prize pot. Check out the challenge here:

RE: Speed Endurance Intervals..again: 15x400 r75" (My first #runforsteem post )
+/- 2 seconds for all bar one split! Nice work. Do you use any function on your watch to control pace or are you just running by feel?

RE: Long Intervals (with mud!)
I never used to either! Now I find it liberating and exhilirating. :-)
