Thank you @toofasteddie ! Lately sharing my most interesting training here gives me lot of fun :-) When it comes to recovery times it was 400 hundred meters in jog so about 3 minutes :-)

@toofasteddie actually I train for 5k and 10k races but we have changed our attitude and we would like to start from shorter distances, maybe it will release my progress which has stopped :)

To wpisowe często nawet dużo taniej niż h nas! :-D Teraz często biegu na 10km mają wpisowe już koło 40-50zl..

Faktycznie medal tutaj był świetny :-) Czyli w Belgii nie ma takiego czegoś jak medal za udział? A jak jest z wpisowym? Ja z kolei uwielbiam biegać po południu/wieczorem, rano czuje się zawsze jakoś słabo
