I just finished a 8.611km running that lasted about 0hh:46mm:49ss !
After some pretty humid days in Auckland, we've had a bit of a cool change and the weather is a little cooler. I've actually been dodging the humidity and running on the treadmill a bit, so it was a good reason to make sure I got a run outside while it was a little nicer to do so.
I am sure we still have a few more weeks of hot and humid weather so I better make sure I do get out and run outside while I can.
