auto is not an active command and not a priority as withdraw is active BUT
at the moment any account reaching over 2 B should get 1 B returned to the voting account.
i will include an auto command to set this amount yourself , later, maybe next week or whatever, no one seems to be in a rush but me heh
the main reason is its pointless to gather a wad of coin at the moment, and a ticket to play 
b/c you'll die a lot lol actually yea)
which leaves the account with enough to buy one ticket and some spare change as the beginnings wont have much use for running around with 100 diamonds either (which will be RISKY business if you do, btw ...)
if you want to withdraw however, the withdraw command has been explained, accounts that withdraw to 0 P will be closed, the VC will reset and it will start at the next credited vote over
