I just finished a 9.046km running that lasted about 0hh:49mm:16ss !
This run was meant to happen last night but I didn’t get out of work until after 7pm so here we are. 5 miles on the plan, 5 and a half miles done ✅ It’s significantly cooler today and I welcomed the breeze + overcast skies, it makes for much more comfortable running conditions and meant that Ray could come join me. Hopefully i’ll be OK for a half marathon tomorrow morning and then i’ll have hit my target of +30 miles for the week.
Running has felt alright this week despite the heat. Long may it last! I’m pretty sure that there will be a good handful of awful runs over the next 12 weeks before I start tapering so i’ll enjoy this while I can.
