I just finished a 22.806km running that lasted about 2hh:9mm:30ss !
Brrrr 馃ザ This one took some warming up from afterwards.
14 miles of ice, mud, hail and, by the end, snow. Fantastic cross country route taking in amazing views from around the Vale of Belvoir but very tricky to run in some places. Plenty of falling through iced puddles in to cold mud and some close calls of slipping over on to my backside. But what else would we rather be doing on a Sunday morning?! Took my race vest, a gel, some jelly babies and a peanut butter sandwich - winning formula for eating during long runs :)
