I just finished a 11.662km running that lasted about 0hh:59mm:5ss !
This felt slightly easier than last nights run :) it was about the same distance and a little bit faster but it still hurt less than yesterday, funny how you get days like that. Absolutely awful weather, it’s been raining all day and the ground was completely sodden but I needed to get outside!
