I just finished a 9.567km running that lasted about 0hh:53mm:41ss !
Exhaust is back online whoop!
And I am (slowly) back running after 10 weeks with a calf injury.
Eased back up to 6 miles. This is last nights offering. Almost 6 miles through the fields with a head torch. Great fun.
Hope everyone’s OK! X
