I just finished a 6.003km running that lasted about 0hh:34mm:31ss !
Another steady jog in the sunshine with my daughter & the dog. It really was lovely & surprisingly warm. Came across a few other dog walkers taking a break from isolation. Everyone maintaining social distancing but still saying hello or giving a friendly nod.
Ella has gone from no running (she swims) to running 3-4 times in a week so she was aching like hell. Has vowed to just walk tomorrow 馃槀
Came home & did a 30min session on the turbo trainer later.
