When looking at why we constantly see the up and down flow of cryptocurrency that we have all grown acustom to one might try to find an explanation. While there are many reason to why these swings take place it is my belief that for the most part these swings are driven by one deciding factor. The media, because they control what the newcomers of cryptocurrency hears and believes about this new field that they are getting into it is not hard to understand where they get their misleading information.
We all like to believe that the media would tell us correct facts and not lead us astray but that is not always the case I'm afraid. In between seeing articles promoting the death of Bitcoin and what seems to be every new ICO becoming the next Bitcoin or any other big name coin out there. While you might not think that these new investors would hold sway over the market place this is very far from the truth, it is this new money coming into the market place that actually drives the market.
So I would propose that we all take time to educate those that are new to the cryptocurrency world so that they can make informed decisions and not be taken advantage of by those looking to quickly "separate a fool from his money."
