Last night my truck was broken into. The bastards stole about $500 worth of my essential tools, tools I use everyday and I need everyday. Tools I can't just go out and spend $500 on today. I had to borrow some from my old boss in the meantime.

They also made a mess, but luckily they didn't break a window to get in. The must have used a slim jim and I must have forgot to set my alarm. It's a quiet neighborhood so I sometimes forget crime is skyrocketing in California.

Then I was just talking to my wife and she was telling me a story about a pregnant woman in Japan, 8 months pregnant, who was bleeding so she called an ambulance. Well apparently she had COVID so no hospital would admit her even though she was going into labor. She had the baby at home and it was rushed to the hospital where it died.

Our cultures are being shredded to pieces. Many people are totally ignoring laws. Our politicians keep ratcheting up draconian rules, mandates & laws a lot of us have to obey because we are honest and will lose our livelihoods if we don't, while they and their families ignore them and get insanely rich. Is this "Building Back Better?" I'm losing faith in humanity.
