Golden Polish Autumn. A Walk with My Daughters 🍂
I really like this time of autumn when it's still quite warm outside, the sun is shining, and the trees are starting to show their beautiful colors. Unfortunately, this kind of weather doesn't last very long, so I try to enjoy it while I still can.
I went for a walk in the forest with my two girls. The weather was really nice. It was pleasant outside, there were colorful leaves everywhere, and the whole place had that special autumn atmosphere that I really enjoy.
We walked around a little and had some fun together. The girls really enjoyed themselves, especially when we came across a fallen tree that, of course, we had to climb over. :)
It's funny how children can get so excited about such simple things. For us adults, it's just an ordinary tree lying on the ground, but for them, it's already a little adventure.
Looking at my daughters, I often think about how quickly time passes. It feels like they were just tiny babies not so long ago, and now they're walking together, holding hands, playing, and understanding more and more about the world around them.
Sometimes we get so caught up in work, everyday responsibilities, and our own problems that we forget about these simple pleasures. And the truth is, you really don't need much to have a nice day. Just a little free time, good weather, and good company.
I also think that these ordinary moments are much more important than we sometimes realize. In a few years, the girls will be older. They'll have their own interests, friends, and probably won't always want to go for walks with their dad. That's why I want to enjoy this time while they're still so happy to go everywhere with me.
And getting back to autumn...
It's a shame that the most beautiful part of it is so short. Soon most of the leaves will fall, and it will become cold, wet, and gloomy. I definitely don't like that part of the year as much. Fortunately, December will come after that, along with the Christmas atmosphere that I always look forward to.
It was a really nice day. Nothing particularly special, just a simple walk in the forest, but I came back home feeling happy.
Sometimes it's these ordinary days that we remember the most.
