Que tal amigos de Hive y SWC, soy 
@royvegas y hoy les traigo una rutina que suelo aplicar cada cierto tiempo, le llamo "entrenamiento mixto" en el cual entreno al fallo cada una de las 3 ramas de la calistenia y el street workout (Dinamicos, Estáticos, basicos), me gusta hacerlo en locaciones donde siento que tengo déficit en alguna de estas ramas, y me ha ayudado mucho ya que mi meta es ser un atleta completo. No pude grabar todo por cuestiones de espacio 😅 sin embargo les dejaré acá algunos fragmentos de lo que fue mi rutina donde estaba practicando el swing 540 en la sección de dinámicos, espero les guste 🔥💪🏼
