I have a lot to write about this wonderful road. One of the major problem we have in Nigeria is power supply, this is generic to both rural and urban areas. The next problem is Mobile Network challenge in some rural areas.
These two are my major challenges right here and now. As a Content Creator, or as online Activist power supply and network has really been a challenge to me because of where I currently live.
Most of the times, I walk through this road, because this is the only place I can get a better network connection in this area, and I spent time there using the Internet.
The Road is located in a small town called Otuoke, in Ogbia local government area in Bayelsa State, Nigeria.
It is about a twelve minutes walk way. The Road is called THE NEW MARKET ROAD because it leads to the newly constructed Otuoke market.
Well, I have walked through this road at about 10:30pm all alone. I know someone will be like, OMG! I dare not, yeah, majority will be scared to take that action because of fear. I have personally dealt with fear. I have nothing to fear about.
The road is surrounded both left and right hand side with thick forest. I remembered walking here one evening that was around 7:30pm with a friend of mine, Dear Lord, this person was really really scared. I had to keep on quoting Psalm 23 for the person all through the journey. Just to keep her bold while we walk along.

Aside me using this road for my network connection, another beautiful thing I do along this road is my early morning exercise and sometimes in the evening since no one walks here, I walk along just to pray, because I enjoy praying in an open or quite environment.
First time I walked through this road, what gave me some boldness, is that house over there. I have some confidence that I will soon get to an opening where the torment of fear will be paralysed.
I hope that one day, the Federal Government of the state will look into the network situation in this area, and also help to restore power supply in this community. Because I have been here for almost four years, electricity has been a major challenge for everyone here.
