Hello hivers, happy weekend 😃
Today I share with you my new entry for the Splinterlands weekly raffle. Like last week, I wanted to work something other than 3D again and I got down to work with an illustration of a monster but with a more cartoonish style.

Hoy Comparto con ustedes mi nueva participación para el sorteo semanal de Splinterlands. Al igual que la semana pasada, quería trabajar algo distinto al 3D nuevamente y me puse manos a la obra con una ilustracion de un monstruo pero con un estilo mas caricaturesco.

The first step was to select the monster with which I was going to work, and this huge and mean-faced ogre, I thought it was great to give it a less aggressive and even a little funny touch.
El primer paso fue seleccionar el monstruo con el cual iba a a trabajar, y este ogro enorme y con cara de malo, me pareció genial darle un toque menos agresivo e incluso un poco gracioso.

To start with the illustration, I went straight to the face, which is an important part to give it that caricature characteristic.
Para empezar con la ilustración, fui directo al rostro, que una parte importante para darle esa característica de caricatura.

Followed by this, I worked the torso, I had to be strong to preserve the characteristics of the original, but a little more chubby to work with curves and have a less aggressive approach.
Seguido de esto, trabaje el torso, tenia que se fuerte para conservar las características del original, pero un poco mas gordito para trabajar con curvas y tener un enfoque menos agresivo.

For the arms I worked with the same principle, and the lower part did not change much, but I did work it in the same way with more curves.
Para los brazos trabaje con el mismo principio, y la parte de abajo no la cambio mucho, pero si la trabaje de igual manera con mas curvas.

Then I designed a slightly different shoulder pad, I added her funny hair 😁 and some crease lines to give a little detail and later work with the color.
Después diseñé una hombrera un poco diferente, le agregue su gracioso cabello 😁 y unos peña líneas de pliegues para dar un poco de detalle y posteriormente trabajar con el color.

And finally I worked the color more thoroughly and added some extra details that it needed.
Y por último trabajé más a fondo el color y añadí algunos detalles extra que necesitaba.
