When the government holds citizens at gunpoint and forces them to pay for and in most cases send their kids to government mind control camps, otherwise know as public schools, you should expects those cesspools to be populated by mentally ill control freaks who could never make a living in the real world. This excuse for a teacher has no business messing with the minds of young kids.
