Note the body language as the reporter does the 'empathy 101' move. She tries to get the money shot with the flood victim and her child by putting her hand to the victim's elbow in a 'comfort' gesture. The victim is having none of it and nearly transforms into one of Houston's infamous 'undocumented shoppers' while dropping the f-bomb on live t.v. You see, the 'victim' is enraged because she wasn't rescued quickly enough. She's a great spokes person for all of Houston as I am sure her attitude of 'where the hell have you been' will be much appreciated by anyone thinking of taking a boat to Houston at the risk of being shot at.
