Monday morning Twitch update time!
I finally accomplished my goal of achieving 50 followers which is what I needed to get my Twitch affiliation. I have the average amount of viewers and the stream time, but follower count was holding me back. Now that I have hit 50 I should be receiving an email in a few days with a list of things to accomplish in order to achieve my affiliate. I am very excited and I have some people to thank.
Twitch names will be used for the thanks. XixCalypso is a good buddy you showed me how to set up Twitch and OBS and all the side programs to make my stream better and more efficient. BarryTep is a long time friend of mine who rattled and shook some cages to assist in followers floating in. Zoobergrouper and saltyoldbloke are also long time friends who have supported me in this venture as well. There are plenty more to thank for joining the Rotfoot Clan, and I want to thank everyone involved who has assisted me along the way. But if you get a chance when you are on Twitch, you should toss them a follow, and let them know they are awesome people.
I continue pushing forward to try to provide content for my followers across multiple platforms. Soon I will be getting a webcam, capture card, and providing even more content. I appreciate all the support I get and it is fantastic to have all the followers I have and I hope I can continue to provide more content in the future.
Thanks for reading!!! If you made it this far you are awesome. And you could be more awesome by following me on Twitch and YouTube. Both accounts are completely free to make and following me is as easy as clicking the follow button on Twitch or the subscribe on YouTube. And it's free! It costs you nothing and you're just helping me out.
Once I become an affiliate I will make an announcement. As an affiliate I can get tipped with bits which are the twitch currency for tipping. Each bit is a penny for the streamer, and anyone can earn them by manually watching ads on an affiliate or partners stream. I will also be able to have folks subscribe to me, which I am going to work out reward systems and points for that as well along with things like giveaways. And lastly as an affiliate that will enable people to purchase the same game I am playing if it is sold through twitch and I receive a tiny portion of that exchange. I look forward to learning those whole process with my followers and I'm sure we are going to have a blast along the way.
Upcoming promises to my fans include a logo for the stream, a functional discord channel, a point/currency system earned by watching, and minigames for chat. I am working on all of them and will get them done as soon as I can!
I love you all for your support, and I welcome all new followers to the Rotfoot Clan. Click the links. Join the clan.
