US Interest Rate increase- more downward pressure on Bitcoin?

As of about 30 minutes ago the US Federal Reserve has announced an increase of the interest rate by 0.25%. This makes holding dollars more attractive and therefore other currencies, including cryptocurrencies less so.
Then again with the the well know volatility of this class of investments will the effects be seen above the noise?
Time will tell.
