The parking structure at Marina Pacifica Mall. I pulled in to sit in the shade. It’s another busy weekend near the beach and this endless summer is really getting to me. Sure it might different if I was in my teens or twenties. Or had a boat or bicycle or anything or anyone to hang out with.
This mall used to have a huge Tower Record store right above me. I loved going in there. There’s a Barnes and nobles still. They took out all the chairs couches benches. They seem to have turned off the air conditioning too. 😳 there’s a newish restaurant that blasts really loud music outside on their patio. Seems like a dumb business plan to me. The movie theaters are still closed. I wonder if we will ever have movies. I’m still waiting. For? New friends? A new car? Winter? A big swell? The weekend to be over. Everyone to go home? A girlfriend? The price hive to go up ? Any adventure outside of this area.
