Hi, sorry I haven't been up to reading replies. I've been hiding. Still posting out of habit and momentum. In The past I was a painter and sold paintings and had shows. I basically got totally derailed when I got a cell phone and a computer. That and never quite making enough to continue. That part was hammered home by failed romantic involvements where I was unqualified to buy a house and raise a family. The women were quite clear about it and just bailed. Oh boy this isn't a very good explanation... I was a good painter. They didn't believe in me or a possible future. Shit I'm really messing this up. I also got very ill from oil paint or something at one point. Anyway I couldn't keep it going and now I'm 67 and wishing I could paint again. I have a room in a tiny apt and and very little money. Survival? It's not much fun. I think about painting and art all day everyday. It drives me crazy.
