I've been wanting to join the Reflection Hunters Contest, and on several occasions I took the opportunity to snap some photos with a beautiful landscape in the background or that clearly showed a reflected object.
However, today I’m only sharing these photos, and I especially love the main one because I feel it perfectly captures the beauty of nature—even though you might have to look closely to see how the blue of the sky, the clouds, and the green of the trees are reflected, and, way in the background, you can even see the shore reflected, along with some shadows.
I think I could easily lose myself in its beauty, admire it for hours, and watch as even the flight of birds and that tree trunk—which is barely visible—are reflected.
Here’s another photo I’d love to share with you. I’m sorry it’s not from the same place as the previous photo, but, I think I took on the role of a “reflection hunter” here. One morning, on my way to work—a little late—I managed to stop for a few seconds to take some photos, and this is the best one because you can see how the building in the background, the power pole, the green of the trees, the grass along the curb, and even the gray glow of the sky are all reflected in the water.
It’s truly impressive to stop for a few minutes and observe the reflection in the water. Sometimes you might think they’re just small puddles, but if you stay there long enough, you can easily lose yourself, staring at that reflection and immediately finding yourself immersed in your thoughts, connecting with your senses. Depending on your mood or the weather, you can enjoy it, admire it, or maybe even hate it.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank , who invited me to participate on several occasions—and well, here I am at last, sharing a post with all of you.
