Have you heard about LED light mask? is it really worth the try and money?
So I've been battling with acne for a long time now. My acne will come and go and it is really irritating for me. Spend a lot going to the Dermatologist and getting treatments. Some worked and most didnt. So one of the Spa i am getting my treats has this new LED light mask. They told me that Hollywood stars jessica alba and the Kardashians are using it. So i tried and i was going in the spa for it once a week. I did see that it is really working so i decided to buy myself an at home led light mask. The intensity may not be as much as the ones on the spa but it will surely give me convenience to actually use it everyday.
So This LED mask has its red light. Which helps on reducing inflammation, it helps with collagen product, anti wrinkle,makes skin smoother,anti aging and etc.
This LED mask also has blue light, which i badly need. Blue is the one responsible for fighting acne and killing the bacteria that is causing it.
You can use this mask everyday for not more than 20 mins per session . The lights do change automatically every after 5 mins. Please comment if you have used similar mask to this. What benefits did you get from it? Is it really effective ?
P.S:Im excited to see what it can do to my skin after using it for 7 days straight .
