Only honesty exists in that moment, you can't lie to the reflected you due to the embarrassment of knowing you'll be instantly discovered.
As you continue to stare into your own eyes humbleness overwhelms you. You're not the funny but efficient receptionist, or the ambitious experienced I.T. team leader, you're not the rugged enduring despatch rider or the skilled Audi mechanic. You're just you, the same you you've always been just a little older.
You break eye contact, rinse your mouth out and dry your face.
After getting dressed in your clothes you place your mask on and head out the door.
