Hello Everyone! Hope you all are doing great and welcome to another #Splinterlands post.

Today it's time for another #Splinterlands Card Spotlight, and this time I picked a card that instantly looked dangerous just from its artwork.

The card is Night Stalker.

It is a Rare Death / Fire unit, and after reading its abilities, I honestly think this monster was built to hunt down enemy backlines. It doesn't just attack, it can chain attacks and even damage nearby enemies at the same time.

At first I thought it was just another Sneak attacker, but after looking closer, I realized there's a lot more going on here.

Let's have a look.

The first thing I noticed was its balanced stats.

For only 4 Mana, you get:

  • 4 Melee Attack

  • 5 Health

  • 4 Speed

That's honestly pretty impressive for such a low mana cost.

It isn't built to be a tank, but that's not its job anyway.

This card is clearly designed to sneak around the battlefield and eliminate important targets hiding in the back.

I actually like these kinds of monsters because they can completely change a battle if left alone.

Sneak: Targets the enemy unit in the last position.

The first ability is Sneak.

This allows the card to attack the last enemy unit instead of the frontline.

Everyone who has played #Splinterlands knows how annoying Sneak attackers can be.

Most players hide their weaker support monsters at the back, and Night Stalker goes straight for them.

That alone already makes it useful.

Execute: If the target has 2 or less health after a successful attack, perform another attack against the same unit.

The second ability is Execute.

This one is really fun.

If Night Stalker attacks an enemy and leaves them with 2 or less Health, it immediately attacks that same target again.

That means wounded enemies usually don't survive for very long.

I honestly love abilities that help finish off targets because sometimes leaving an enemy alive with 1 HP can completely change the outcome of a match.

Execute helps prevent that.

Blast: Deals an additional 50% damage to units adjacent to the target.

The final ability is Blast.

Whenever Night Stalker lands an attack, nearby enemy units also take 50% splash damage.

This is probably my favorite ability on the card.

Instead of damaging only one monster, you're slowly weakening multiple enemies at the same time.

Now imagine combining Sneak, Execute, and Blast together.

Night Stalker jumps to the backline, hits the weakest support, triggers Execute, then Blast spreads damage around nearby enemies.

That sounds pretty nasty honestly.

Personally, I think this card fits really well into aggressive Fire or Death teams.

I'd probably pair it with monsters that already pressure the frontline while Night Stalker quietly destroys the backline.

It also seems like a great choice when your opponent relies heavily on healers, ranged attackers or support units hiding in the last few positions.

Taking those monsters out early can completely shift the battle in your favor.

After looking through everything, these are the biggest strengths I noticed:

  • Only costs 4 Mana

  • Strong melee attack for its cost

  • Sneak targets enemy supports

  • Execute helps finish weakened enemies

  • Blast damages multiple monsters

  • Can create huge pressure on the opponent's backline

Overall, it feels like a very efficient attacker.

No card is perfect though.

A few weaknesses came to mind:

  • Health isn't very high.

  • If the enemy protects their backline well, Sneak becomes less effective.

  • Can struggle against heavy armor if it doesn't get support.

  • Needs other monsters to help keep pressure on the enemy team.

Still, for only 4 mana, I really can't complain too much.

After reading through everything, I honestly think Night Stalker is one of those cards that offers a lot of value for its mana cost.

The combination of Sneak, Execute, and Blast is really dangerous.

It doesn't just attack one monster鈥攊t has the potential to finish enemies quickly while also spreading damage across the backline.

That's exactly the kind of pressure I like seeing in #Splinterlands battles.

Would I build an entire strategy around this card?

Maybe not.

But I would definitely be happy to include it whenever I need a fast, aggressive attacker that can cause chaos behind the enemy tank.

I feel like experienced players could make some really strong combinations with this monster.

Hopefully I'll get the chance to use it myself someday because it honestly looks like a lot of fun.

Anyway thats it for today鈥檚 #Splinterlands grind. Please do give your reviews in the comments section below. I would really appreciate it :)

I'll be back with another one soon. So do follow me if you want to stay updated. Till then, Stay Happy and Stay Hydrated.
