Every now and then, it is a good thing to go out of the house to take a break. I normally would suggest going to a park to experience nature. When you live in a busy city though, you'll run our of parks to visit. When that happens, there's always the mall.

Last March, after my daughter's dental appointment, we chanced upon this fun place at the Venice Grand Canal Mall in Taguig. My kid doesn't usually ask for much when we go to the Piazza, to her, just walking around, riding a bike, or trying her luck in the claw machine is enough. But even the most timid child would not be able to resist the trampolines.

I must admit, even the inner child in me screamed when we saw this place. It's a really big spave with nothing but trampolines all over. You can even hear the shouting and giggles coming from kids and kids at heart.

We went ahead and paid for an hour of jumping. They only accept cash at the time we visited. I'm not sure if they now accept other payment options. I think establishments should really consider at least e-wallet payments. Entrance is at Php499/hour each - no matter the age. They have a special pair of sock with all those non slip thingies all over it. You have to pay Php99 for each pair.

Once you've made the payment, you'll get the socks and the key to your locker from the cashier. You have to remove all your accessories before you enter. The cashier is not inside the play place, it's way at the end of the corner. I forgot to rempve my earrings so I had to walk back all the way to the locker area to put my accessories away.

Before we start, there is a brief orientation reminding us of the dos and don'ts. I didn't know that when you jump on a trampoline, you had to keep your knees locked so you won't get hurt. The whole area is crawling with trampolines, I couldn't focus on the mini orientation.

Once you enter, you'll see there's a little zip line for kids. But grownups are allowed there too. There are colorful square and rectangle blocks which I thought was for sitting down when you get tired of jumping. But seing the staff do their somersaults, I figured out thouse blocks werr for their acrobatic moves. These guys are really amazing at jumping.

There's also these slanted trampolines where you can practice your parkour moves. I think that's what it's for. Tatay had the most fun in the watchamacallit thingy where he jumps at the top then he'll slowly go through the garters inside and then finally drop at the bottom where there are lots . I haven't laughed that hard as I watched him go through the watchamacallit thingy.

There are also bubble buffer balls. I easily feel claustrophobic going through this things so I let the two have all the fun. If you get tired of all the jumping, you may also go mini wall climbing. There's also an area for ball shooting and some more climbing at the far end of the place.

Sticking to the wall looks like fun but as I try on the velcro suit, it was still wet from thr previous users sweat so I changef my mind. It would have been fun if WiiJump provided more suits.

I thought it will just be all jumping and somersaulting inside WiiJump. But there are other activities inside that you can combine with jumping. Whatever you feel like doing in this jumping wonderland, surely, you'll have so much fun.
