- The Northeast Monsoon occurs between November and March every Year

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN FLOOD?
i. Information in your area including identifying flood warning systems and evacuation centers.
ii. Do Not Touching the electric wire that falls in the flood area
iii. Follow command of the commander on duty
