HF21, from Changes in Reward to Manual Curation
Hi Steemian how are you? Hopefully healthy and creative work.
HF21/22 has been successfully implemented. From a very short fork and then followed by refinement of all API associated with Steem so that it goes down. However, we have passed all of that together. All is done to make the STeem blockchain develop better with various improvements.
Significant changes can also be seen after HF21/22. We can enjoy all of this in managing accounts on the platform that we are proud of.
Fundamental changes include a downvote pool, decreased content creator rewards and a growing value of curation.
Reward
Fundamental changes to rewards. As stated by

The rewards curve is changing. We expect posts that would make more than 20 STEEMS under the old rules to earn more after the changes. Those posts that would have made less than 20 STEEMs under the old rules will receive less after the changes.
In fact we can already feel the distribution of rewards for a post no longer 75/25 as in HF20. After HF21/22 changed to 50/50. For creators of course this is smaller, but for curators this is a good improvement.
This change certainly has good or bad effects for Steemian. After HF21 reward looks more beneficial to account holders with followers, reputation and big capital so that we will be encouraged to be more active.
The problem is for small accounts and newcomers certainly need to work hard doing posts. We cannot give up. Consistency and creativity are key in benefiting from changes after HF21/22.
Curation and bid bot evil
Before HF21/22, the curation value was still small, so many used the bid bot to do it. So many STeemian delegates to the bid bot for profit. however with changes to HF21 / 22 people tend to do curation manually rather than using bid bot services.
Bid bot is like a balloon that if it is added by the delegation it will get bigger, but once all the delegates are withdrawn then it is only a piece of rubber that does not have power like when it was bubbling.
This is the result of a fundamental change in HF21/22 which changes the pattern of curation and combats evil bidbots. With HF21/22, we are also invited to be able to attend more in curating.
When opium bid bot finally ends with HF21/22. We are all asked to do better in Steem. this is a change that in my opinion can be a momentum to move better.

Namun, semua itu sudah kita lewati bersama. Semua dilakukan untuk menjadikan STeem blockchain makin berkembang lebih baik dengan berbagai penyempurnaan.

Perubahan siginifikan juga bisa kita lihat setelah HF21/22. Ini semua sudah bisa kita nikmati dalam mengelola akun di platform yang kita banggakan.

Bahkan kita sudah bisa merasakan pembagian reward bagi sebuah posting tidak lagi 75/25 seperti pada HF20. Setelah HF21/22 berubah menjadi 50/50. Bagi kreator tentu ini menjadi lebih kecil, namun bagi kurator ini merupakan peningkatan yang baik.
Perubahan ini tentu membawa dampak yang baik atau buruk bagi Steemian.Setelah HF21 reward terlihat lebih menguntungkan para pemilik akun dengan pengikut, reputasi dan modal besar sehingga kita akan dipacu untuk lebih aktif lagi.
Persoalannya adalah bagi akun kecil dan pendatang baru tentu butuh erja keras melakuka posting. Kita tidak bisa putus asa. Konsistensi dan kreativitas merupakan kunci dalam mendapatkan keuntungan dari perubahan setelah HF21/22.
Kurasi dan bid bot jahat
Sebelum HF21/22 nilai kurasi tergolong masih kecil, sehingga banyak yang menggnakan bid bot untuk melakukannya. Maka banyak STeemian yang melakukan delegasi kepada bid bot untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. namun dengan perubahan pada HF21/22 orang cenderung melakukan kurasi secara manual dari pada menggunakan jasa bid bot.
