Hi Everyone! Happy Sunday. Welcome back and welcome to another Actifit report.
It was very nice this morning the sun was out and really bright outside. I could feel it’s warmth even from the inside of my house. I was happy cause it has been a little gloomy the past two days.
So, right away I did stretching and warmup exercises and off walking around the neighborhood. Quite few people were out and about enjoying the beautiful morning.
Stayed home and worked on the issue I had with HE glad it got resolved with
