Happy Thursday and welcome to my fitness report.
Here鈥檚 a brief summary of my stepping activity for today.
As usual I walked early this morning around the neighborhood. The cool gentle breeze all around was I indeed comforting as well as refreshing. And everything in the surrounding was quiet and calm.
Went to Wright Park late afternoon for leisure walk. I played Wordscapes on my phone, which I enjoyed playing a lot. Currently on level 217.
After the park it was time to get back home and stopping by subway for a sandwich on the way home.
