Hello everyone!
Happy Saturday and welcome to my fitness report and thanks for stopping by. Hope you guys are having a great time this weekend with your workout.
As for me, well, as usual did my warmup exercises then off walking in the neighborhood. We had a nice weather temperature this morning in the low 50Fs breezy and cloudy.
As I made my way around the neighborhood a smell of fried bacon was lingering in the air as I passed by in one of the houses. And at others smelling like pastries was being made. The smell kind of making me hungry.
And as I kept on going I saw a lot of dog owners playing frisbee with their dogs in the school鈥檚 baseball field. Except this little thing he was just walking and sniffing around. More likely he was searching for the right spot to pee or poop 馃挬.
In addition among other things I saw this lovely bunny right in front of the growing vine roses and plants.
I returned from my morning just before 10AM. At home I simply rested, got cleaned up and watched Netflix then went online and started reading some of your Actifit posts. I enjoyed some of your unique photos.
For my afternoon walk I drove and headed out to the waterfront. It was low tide this afternoon. There were a few people I saw near the water.
I saw these artsy rocks. I think they鈥檙e artsy indeed.
And obviously the geese likes it in the water.
