Hello everyone!
Finally, I am here to share my thoughts on this social platform. I'm Rodmila, and I am from Bangladesh. But my home district is Barisal, recently completed my post-graduation from a renewed public University. I'm 25, single, and living with my family. Besides my academic curriculum, I engaged in several extracurricular activities on my campus.
In my personal life, I am a very tidy girl. I like to keep everything orderly. In my childhood, I was very stubborn. A memory, I want to share this with you. When I was a three-year little girl, my father and I went shopping in the market to buy shoes for me! When the Shopkeeper showed a variety of shoes, my dad chose one of them, and he asked the Shopkeeper to give us a pair of shoes. The Shopkeeper brought the shoes and put them on my feet. But it was a little bigger than my feet. When he brought me shoes the size of my feet and tried to take off the other shoes on my feet, I started crying. I will never take off those shoes. And that's what I want. Dad was in trouble; he saw my tears and told him to give it to us. The Shopkeeper asked a high price for that pair of shoes, and he thought that this is an excellent opportunity to earn some extra money. Eventually, my father's heart melted with my tears, and my father and I came home with those big shoes. And my father promised that he would never go to the market with me again. The next time I saw my father would take me with my feet' size with a thread and bring me new shoes. That was one of my old memories.
Things that I like to do in my spare time are reading newspapers, watching TV, listening to music, browsing the Internet, reading books, etc. I love reading books. In this Quarantine time, I read over 30 books from different writers. My favorite writers are Rabindranath Tagore and Humayun Ahmed. Sometimes I look at poetry books. It gives me a different taste!
Moreover, my hobbies are playing chess and cycling. In chess, I participated in many competitions and won many prizes. I have liked to write since childhood. So come here. I am glad that I joined this platform. It will encourage me more. I'm always looking for an opportunity to do better. So this is my short intro on Hive, thanks for reading.
