Chelsea, United, and Arsenal should all have the resources to turn things around in due time. They have more resources than the clubs outside the big 2 in Spain. While I completely agree it feels like La Liga, I'd say the difference is that in Spain I assume in the next 10 seasons one of Real or Barca will win 8 of the 10 seasons if not 9. In the Premier League I don't see 8 of the next 10 titles going to just City and Liverpool. I really hope I'm not wrong about this because this is exactly why the EPL is my favorite league overall.
