The EPL used to be synonymous with one thing, the Land of Opportunity. It was a league where anything could happen, where the unthinkable happened every weekend. It was a league where any club could dream of a fairytale, the underdogs were always looking to surprise the Big boys. It was a league where Leicester emerged champions against the likes of Man city, Liverpool and even Manchester United. It was a land where all you needed was a dream and the heart to pursue that dream.
Right now the EPL is slowly but steadily becoming the Spanish La Liga. Like the La Liga in the sense that it is now just a two horse race, other teams have lagged so far behind and right now the title race is just between Manchester City and Liverpool FC with both of them not looking to relent anytime soon. This is just like the La Liga which has always been a battle between Barcelona and Real Madrid with Atletico following in third place. This season, Liverpool still currently have a 100% start to the season having won all their seven games so far, while Manchester City is a close second trailing by just 5 points.
Both teams (Liverpool and Manchester City) will definitely continue their dominance of England, and i predict that in another 3 years, both of them would have turned England to an extension of Spain馃槀馃槀, unless someone steps up to challenge them. At the moment however, there is no one up to the task and i don't blame them though. Those two teams are scary馃槀馃槀
