Hey yall! Please help me decide something. I am torn on where to put my eggs here on steemit. I don't curate very often. Not that i never do, i am just less inclined to curate, and more inclined to add posts now and then. So for a while, i have been putting the eggs in the steam dollars basket. It is a decision i made a few months ago, but that was when it was collecting interests, which are currently set to zero -_-
Now, about steem. That only seems like a currency that is destined to be converted into something else, either steem dollars, or steem power. So is it pointless for me to keep anything in steem form? As soon as i have any steem or steem power, i tend to convert it to steem dollars, thinking that it will appreciate more as an investment. But...since i rarely curate, and steem dollars are currently collecting zero interest, where the hell should i put all my eggs?
I know, i could probably just leave it in steam dollars form, and wait for interests to climb. But am i missing out on some benefit of keeping it as steem? Or is steem, just meant to be converted!?!
Or should i accumulate steem power even if i don't curate very often?!?
Or should i diversify, and have a bit of everything?
So confused.
Help!
Please don't link a bunch of links, just a simple few words will suffice. I am looking for direct advice. I have already read many articles on this type of thing, and am still unsure of what to do with my eggs :D
