Well, no! It is just some digital artistry using street lights! But that doesn't mean entire fleets of UFOs are not headed towards earth at this very moment. You don't know...maybe that is totally happening right now. After all, UFO sightings occur on a daily basis, and MANY are video documented. Who is to say if they are all hoaxes (like this image) or if they are genuine? Who can conclusively say that UFOs do not exist?
