I love my job. Don't get me wrong. But I make the same amount per hour as I did at my my old non-union job. I love the CBA. This makes everything worth it. I like working out of a hiring hall. I like not having to interview for jobs. But the cost of living is going up here and our wages aren't going up enough to keep up with that.
