Doing simple things like dishes and laundry has slowly started to shake off this funk that I've been feeling which I'm thankful for. Trying to force myself to be active plus my morning routine of eating vitamins, painkillers and stimulants seems to be helping
Doing things like dishes and laundry is a good way to rewire that neuro- circuitry in the brain. I also find deep meditation with my eyes closed and steady breathing does this as well. This funk you're in has a lot to do with neuro-chemcals and neural wiring in the brain, imho. So the more you can force yourself to do things like dishes, laundry etc..etc.. and have deep gratitude in doing it the better that circuitry will get. And as a result more joy will come into your Life. Just my own opinion based on my own experiences.
