Usually uploading a video requires more than 400 bytes + 1 VP or more.

It's recommended to Buy some DTC so it generates bandwidth faster.
1 DTC = generates +10 bytes per hour
Bytes 26 * 24 hours = 624 bytes a day
Bytes 10 * 24 hours= 240 bytes a day.
When you create an account, remember to save the key in a secure place. Write it down or copy it on a USB. Keys cannot be recovered with email.
