This contest will be a bit different. In this contest, I want people to guess the exact date and time that Hive will hit a valuation of $0.50 USD. Any time zone is acceptable, just specify!
This may not happen within the next week (though who knows, it could), but due to the nature of our platform, I will accept guesses until the post reaches one week old. Let's estimate that right now the post will reach maturity at 1pm EST on Friday March 12th.
Submit your answers in the comment section and whoever is closest will win! That's it, no catch.
Now what is the prize?
While receiving delegation to your account is nice, that delegation is tethered to the lender and they can take it back eventually. I think that the best way to generate interest in Hive is to give away Hive tokens! They will be 100% yours with no catch, you just have to submit a comment! (feel free to follow me as well, I am trying to grow my account!)
I will give out 50 Hive to whoever is closest! That will be valued at at least $25 USD once the Hive token reaches the 50 cent mark!
I believe that a Hive valuation of $5 is inevitable one day, but $0.50 will be a massive milestone and break a lot of psychological barriers. When the Hive token is doing well, we can expect that the cream of the crop from Hive's apps will be succeeding as well (i.e. Leo Finance).
